Growing up on a farm in Kansas, I have a great love for the outdoors and all creatures. As a kid, my first pets were horses, cows, cats, 2 Collies, 2 German shepherds.  My best buddies were a Rat Terrier named Joey and a skunk named Stinky.  In adult life, I focused on conformation and obedience with Beagles and English Springer Spaniels.  Then came scentwork, agility, and hunt tests. My latest love includes German Shorthaired pointers, because they are clowns and never grow up.

 

I am currently doing scentwork, hunting, obedience, and the latest sport for me… tracking.  I don’t have a lot of big titles, but I love my dogs and we sure have fun together.  I would have to live 500 years to have all the dog breeds I would like!
